After looking into a product name that keeps popping up 'Viviscal' looks like it's worth the risk but you decide apparently the new formula upset a few people but the positives seem to outweigh the negatives look into in more depth via the Amazon link below.
This may be obvious but for healthy hair you need to eat a balanced diet, your hair is a reflection of your inner health. As we age our hair becomes thinner, both men and women experience hair loss. There are many factors - hormonal changes, stress, under active thyroid, prescription drugs and also hereditary factors! Oh dear they all say the same, after researching discovered the best line of action is your diet and also your exercise routine. Whilst researching we discovered an awesome book now the owner of '500 of the most important HEALTH TIPS you'll ever need' by award-winning health writer Hazel Courteney who talks about stress as a major factor under hair loss and also mentions a product 'Viviscal' which we researched further see above link.
Also have seen a lot of news about causes of hair loss being down to a steroid called DHT which is apparent in testosterone it is said to get into the hair follicle and destroy it, when the hair falls out it is not replaced resulting, after an area of follicles are destroyed, in a bald patch this can happen to men and women. There are said to be products that get rid of the DHT and unblock the follicles thus growing a healthy head of hair, but this could all be a lot of nonsense as you have to pay for the book ‘Natural Hair Restoration’ Jared Gates not recommending it but you can do your own research as it may have a point you have to buy the book whereas if this is a medical breakthrough surely someone would leak it … well then there’s a list of tablets and concoctions to try maybe the same as in the book but these found on internet search ‘The Rebuild Hair Program’ says Take GREEN TEA capsules 2 an hour before meals, a lot stronger than drinking green tea also eat SOYBEANS/TOFU four times a week, apply PUMPKIN SEED OIL to scalp for 2-4 months which helps stop the production of DHT. Take NETTLE tablets daily to reduce DHT and thicken hair, quite bitter to taste so drink lots of water also PALMETTO capsules twice daily. Well that wasn’t intended to give you all the answers that would take years of research but food for thought. You can also try different shampoos L’Oreal have a great thickening shampoo Elvive Fibrology Shampoo that prevents breakage, have used it and it does make a difference in feeling thicker although have rather a mass of hair here, also noticed less hair loss when washing so would suggest worth a try it’s an inexpensive off the shelf shampoo will look into others to add at a later date.
